What Are Steroids?

Steroids, or anabolic steroids, are chemical compounds that mimic the effects of other hormones like testosterone in the human body.

Steroids work by increasing the rate of protein synthesis inside the human body, particularly in skeletal muscles. They also have a “masculinizing” effect on the body and can increase body hair and even change the structural shape of one’s face.

Anabolic steroids were first synthesized in 1935 in Germany. At first they were used to treat depression. However, researchers soon found many other novel uses for steroids.

Steroids were first used by professional athletes in 1954 when Soviet weightlifters were given testosterone [2]. By the early 1980s, anabolic steroids were mainstream and easily accessible to the general population.

Anabolic steroids are known for their ability to rapidly build muscle mass and strength. Many athletes, actors and celebrities have used anabolic steroids to rapidly transform their physique.

Unfortunately, anabolic steroids have multiple negative side effects. These side effects occur after long-term use and excessive doses of AAS. They include things like high blood pressure, liver damage and cardiovascular disease as well as other smaller side effects like acne and hair loss [3].

Other side effects may include erectile dysfunction, shrunken testicles, reduced sperm count, infertility, breast development, increased risk of prostate cancer, and stomach pain. Keep in mind that these side effects are visible after long-term, excessive use of AAS.

Steroids are so dangerous that many countries have made them illegal. For example, steroids are illegal to possess or use in the United States, Canada, and many other western countries.

On the other hand, anabolic steroids are widely available without prescription in some countries, like Thailand and Mexico [4].

Signs Of Steroid Use

Anabolic steroids have side effects that are visible to other people.

Here are five of the most common signs of long-term steroid use:

  • Rapid Physique Change
  • Excessive Muscle Growth
  • Shoulder / Back Acne
  • Massive Shoulders / Traps
  • “Roid Rage”

Let’s take a closer look at each of these signs.

The most obvious sign of steroid use is a rapid transformation of someone’s physique.

If someone adds 20-30 pounds of muscle in a very short period of time, then the odds are very high that they used steroids or other drugs during the transformation.

Excessive muscular growth is another sign – some athletes or sports enthusiasts will look much more muscular than their peers. For example, the actor Dwayne Johnson often weighs a lean 270-280 pounds – this is almost impossible to achieve without using gear.

Another visible sign is acne – skin that was previously fair and smooth begins breaking out, causing small red spots or infections. Strange odors are also a sign that a person uses steroid creams [5].

Other signs include massive shoulders / traps, roid rage, and a higher than normal libido [6].

If someone has most or all of these signs, then you can be pretty confident that they are on testosterone and other performance enhancing drugs.

Is Jujimufu On Steroids?

Is Barry Bonds really a natural athlete? Or did he use anabolic steroids to get an unfair advantage over his competition? Let’s look at the facts before jumping to any conclusions.

Jujimufu has the following signs of long-term steroid use:

  • Insanely Muscular Physique
  • Completely Shredded
  • Super-Human Strength
  • Massive 3-D Delts

Jujimufu is an absolute monster – he weighs an incredible 240 pounds at 5 feet 10 inches tall [7] This is way beyond what a natural bodybuilder can achieve, even if they have great genetics and train hard for more than 10 years [8]. Just think about it: Arnold Schwarzenegger, one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, was only 245 pounds in competition. Do you really think someone can get as big as Arnold without using steroids? I think not!

Another obvious sign of long-term steroid use is the fact that Jujimufu stays completely shredded year-round. Seriously – this guy looks like he is 6-8% body fat all the time! Most natural bodybuilders have a hard time staying this lean year-round, as their testosterone levels start to crash. If Jujimufu is taking a little “extra” testosterone, then this wouldn’t be a problem for him.

Jujimufu is also incredible strong. He can bench press over 400 pounds, and squat / deadlift over 600 pounds! His training regimen is even more impressive: Jujimufu trains 1-2 times per day, 6 days per week. It’s very difficult for most natural athletes to recover from this kind of training schedule.

So what does Jujimufu have to say about steroids? The truth is, Jujimufu has never denied using steroids. Most natural bodybuilders love to brag about the fact that they are “natty,” so the fact that Jujimufu hasn’t claimed natty status is further proof that he’s probably juicing.

The bottom line is Jujimufu is probably on steroids. He is way beyond the limits of a natural bodybuilder, and his shoulders and traps scream “performance enhancing drugs.” Jujimufu is a great guy, but he’s clearly using gear to maintain his incredible physique.

Jujimufu Before And After Steroids

Jujimufu has many of the usual signs of long-term steroid use, such as insanely muscular physiques and red / flushed skin. But did he always look this way?

The truth is, Jujimufu has always had a lean, athletic looking physique.

As a teenager Jujimufu spent a lot of time performing gymnastics and acrobatic tricks, and he had to be as lean as possible to pull this off.

Today Jujimufu looks completely different – he has a massive upper body with an insanely large back and huge shoulders. Jujimufu’s transformation is incredible, and it clearly supports the idea that he used anabolic steroids.

Legal Steroid Alternatives?

Jujimufu probably used steroids to build his unbelievable physique. But that doesn’t mean they are a good idea for you. Anabolic steroids can be extremely dangerous when used improperly. They can cause irreversible damage to your heart, liver, and kidneys, and can even result in death when used improperly.

Many fitness experts such as Rich Piana have actually died following complications from long-term steroid use.

Fortunately, there are many “legal steroid alternatives” that you can use to get faster results in the gym, but without the side effects of traditional anabolic steroids.

One of the hottest new products is called ecdysterone.

Ecdysterone is a natural substance found in plants like spinach and quinoa, as well as many insect species. It belongs to a family of natural plant steroids called “ecdysteroids.”

Don’t worry – ecdysterone is not a real steroid like testosterone or trenbolone. Unlike traditional anabolic steroids, ecdysterone does not impact your hormone levels. Instead, it works by directly increasing the rate of protein synthesis inside your muscle cells.

Some studies have shown that muscle protein synthesis can increase by as much as 20% when using ecdysterone, while other studies have shown that this natural substance is as effective as dianabol and other steroids for building muscle mass and strength [9, 10].

Best of all, ecdysterone has no short-term or long-term side effects that you have to worry about – especially if you use the recommended dose of 500 mg.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy vs. Steroids

Anabolic steroids are a dangerous way to raise your total testosterone levels. A safer option is to use something like testosterone replacement therapy.

Testosterone therapy, or TRT, is one of the safest and most effective ways for men with low T to raise their total testosterone levels. In fact, many men find they can safely raise their total and free testosterone to the level of a healthy 20 year old.

Research shows that testosterone therapy is very safe, and has many health benefits, including improved body composition, a stronger immune system, and superior energy levels [11, 12, 13].

There are many online TRT clinics that you can use to get started on testosterone replacement therapy. However, one of our favorite options is called Fountain TRT.

Founded by a board certified urologist, Fountain TRT specializes in helping men with low testosterone get the prescription testosterone medication they need as quickly and easily as possible.

Jujimufu And Steroids | Verdict

What’s the verdict – does Jujimufu use steroids?

We believe the odds are very high that Jujimufu used anabolic steroids to go beyond his natural limits and take his physique to the next level.

Jujimufu has many of the most common signs of steroid use, such as insanely big shoulders, a bloated growth hormone stomach, and red / flushed skin. Jujimufu is also a massive bodybuilder – he weighs an unbelievable 240 pounds! This is almost as big as Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime, and Jujimufu is a full 4 inches shorter than Arnold!

Clearly Jujimufu is an enhanced athlete.

The truth is Jujimufu has never denied using steroids – he just changes the topic whenever the question is brought up. Jujimufu doesn’t deny using steroids, and for that he has our respect. After all, he’s clearly not a natural athlete.
